The Verse refers to atma raksaka sainika deva. The sainika devas are like life-guards of Indras.
The first row (from left to roght) depicts probably Indra, female dancers, musicians (gandharva) and a horse (symbol of the life guard). The second row (from left to right) depicts elephant, ratha (driven by two horses), a pair of foot-soldiers (guards of Indras), a bull (seventh guard) and a deer (an additional guard, according to the text it should be a male buDisplayalo, but artist has represented a deer).
