plucking oDisplay Hair
This is the third of the Pancha Kalyanakas and often repeated episode of each of the Tirthankaras, Mahavira, Parsvanath, Neminath and Adinath in a Kalpasutra set.
Under the asoka tree, the Tirthankara is seated with both knees bent towards his right and turns his body and head towards his left facing Indra, who will receive Tirthankara's hair, which he is just ready to pluck oDisplay with his raised right hand.
