Seated Padmavati
The female devi Padmavati (?) is seated in Padmasana with the child in her right lap. She wears earrings, necklaces, a number of bangles in her arms and a hair do with a single plait from the back. She has 24 arms spread like fans, attached to the prabha on either ride holding different attributes. She has a cobra hood sun mounted with a miniature Jina figure seated in padmasana flanked by a male chauri bearer on either side, low stepped rectanglur pedestal has a hooded cobra lying in front in a serpentine manner facing to the left. Profuse Devnagari inscription on the prabha and also underneath the pitha.The bronze in of the Digambara sect. The attributes held in the hands are as under: left top to bottom: 1. Sword 2.Sun 3. Moon 4. Gada 5. Lotus 6. Bow 7-10. unidentifiable 11. Pindas or Mango 12. Mala. Right top to bottom: 1. Shield 2. Trident 3. Parsa 4. Damaru 5. Chakra 6. Pustak 7. unstudied 8. Vajra 9-12. Unidentifiable.
