Renunciation on palanquin
The folio depicts the renunciation on palanquin. Mahavira's monk hood or Diksa sibika.
Mahavira is seated in a royal sibika carried by four male palanquin bearers. The sibika was prepared by Sakra. Mahavira dressed in royal costume and ornaments.
