Shiva and Parvati on the mountains
This painting depicts Lord Shiva and his consort Parvati on the mountains. Shiva, coloured blue, wearing a Serpent as a garland, is attended by his vehicle the bull Nandi and Parvati in her form as Durga is accompanied by her vehicle the tiger instead of the usual lion.
