Ragini Gaudi
In the painting which represents Gaudi, a lady is standing under a sala tree and is playing on her tanpura. It seems that the contents of her singing imply the action simultaneously taking place in the painting. The nayika with her extended right hand is oDisplayering some food to the peacock, who is emerging from amidst the foliage of the tree with his colourful features. The peacock responds by trusting his body forward. Another tree is placed at a distance to oDisplayset the significance of the aristocratically attired nayika. The three characters make an interesting integrated group. In the foreground is depicted a lotus pond and lotus leaves and the blue sky rises from above the horizon.
