Ragamala, Ragini Manamati
Chaupai:
Rāmakali is deeply coloured by her passion for her beloved,
Her features are handsome and she is a wonderful damsel,
She wears the dragon earrings which dangle by her cheeks,
Shining like two suns made by the creator,
Her jewels lend her additional beauty,
She is as delicate as a flower,
Being oDisplayended with her lover,
She is in a cross mood, in a manner never indulged in by her,
Her lover joining his palms tries to assuage her,
But she does not shake oDisplay her wrath,
And will let time pass on.
Doha:
The creator made her a sea of beauty,
And tarried to examine the picture,
Being herself in a cross mood,
She ascribes all kinds of iniquities to her lover.
