Ramayana
folio 131, depicts the damage Lava and Kuśa have inflicted on Rāma’s soldiers with scattered dead bodies and carcasses. On the extreme right, little Lava and Kuśa are together planning the strategy. On top Kuśa releases a special weapon while Lava goes deep inside the army formation. Some terrified soldiers are running away from the left corner. The climax of the battle is Laksamana falling unconscious from his chariot. An interesting detail on top right is the depiction of trees hit by weapons released by Laksamana and his army.
