Laharu of Chamba
In this drawing are identified by inscriptions the characters of Sugriva, Tara , Lakshmana and Hanumana. These personages come together in the Kishkinda Kanda and the artist has juxtaposed several Kanda and the artist has juxtaposed several mini episodes in a continuous narration outside and inside Sugriva's palace. Therefore, the artist has structured his narrative sequence in an architectural construction comprising of three sections, one leading to the next and the second leading to the inner most part of the antahpur, the women's quarters.
